The goal: to make cybersecurity simpler, more collaborative, and more concrete, particularly for SMEs, local authorities, and sensitive organizations.
Challenges

Initially hosted on a hybrid architecture, Eyako faced limitations in terms of customer isolation, scalability, backups, and traceability. The team was looking for a reliable and flexible European cloud solution capable of automating the provisioning of isolated environments, centralizing logs, managing granular backups, and testing its AI modules on a compatible infrastructure.
Results
To address its scalability, security, and performance challenges, Eyako (https://www.eyako.fr) built an infrastructure based on Scaleway Cloud Instances, with isolated Block Storage volumes per customer and automated snapshots ensuring data resilience. Logs and events are centralized via Observability for detailed monitoring and complete traceability. For its AI modules, Eyako also uses AI Cloud Instances with GPUs. Scaleway was chosen for its European sovereignty, the simplicity of its interface, the quality of its support, and its ability to offer fast, high-performance deployments that are aligned with data protection requirements.
Thanks to Scaleway, Eyako has reduced its time to production by 35%, lowered its infrastructure costs by 28%, and achieved 99.98% availability over the last six months. The integration of Cloud AI Instances has accelerated the deployment of its AI modules, while automated snapshots and centralized logging via Observability have enhanced the platform's security and traceability.
Future plans
Eyako plans to strengthen its partnership with Scaleway in several strategic areas by the end of 2025.
The company plans to make greater use of Cloud AI Instances to integrate advanced behavioral analysis and automated vulnerability prioritization workflows (Q4 2025), test the future Object Storage V2 to migrate certain document components with better rights management, and experiment with a multi-zone architecture to improve latency in overseas territories and North Africa.
Eyako also plans to connect its environments to third-party SIEM solutions via Observability and API, leveraging Scaleway's sovereign and certified infrastructure. With the ambition of tripling its number of active customers by the end of 2025, Eyako is relying on Scaleway to support this ramp-up in a reliable, high-performance manner that complies with security requirements.
